PTO stands for Parent-Teacher Organization. We are a group of dedicated parents and teachers working together to enhance the educational experience at Amite Westside Middle Magnet School.

By becoming a PTO member, you can:

Our Mission

Our newly forming PTO aims to:

• Support the implementation of our school's STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) magnet theme
• Assist teachers in improving classroom structures and resources
• Foster a strong sense of community within our school

1. Sign Up: Complete our online membership form or fill out a paper form in the school office.

2. Attend Meetings: Join us monthly to stay informed and share your ideas.

3. Volunteer: Choose from a variety of opportunities that fit your schedule and interests.

4. Share Your Skills: Whether you're a planner, a creative thinker, or a numbers person, we have a place for you!
