This Challenge Island on-site field trip provided students with a rich, multidisciplinary learning experience. By combining history, physics, engineering, and collaborative problem-solving, students gained a deeper understanding of how innovations like the first Coney Island roller coaster have shaped our world. The project-based approach allowed for hands-on exploration, critical thinking, and creative expression, making the learning experience both engaging and memorable.
